On Friday July 10th at 14:01 hours Squad 1 along with Company 19 and Station 38 were dispatched to the area of St. Andrews Church Road, and Fairgrounds Road for the reported Motor Vehicle Collision. Squad 1 along with Ambulance 388 responded to the call. Squad 1 arrived to find 2 vehicles involved in a rear end style collision, Crews quickly went to work assessing the vehicles and the patients involved. After investigation it was determined all patients were accessible and had no serious injuries. Squad 1 stabilized both vehicles and cleared the roadway of fluid and debris, while Ambulance 388 handled two signed refusals. Both units cleared shortly after and the scene was turned over to the Sheriff’s Office.
