At 0230hrs, Tanker 1 (4 personnel), and Engine 1( 5 personnel) were alerted for the detached garage fire on Abell Farm Ln, in company 7s area. Units from Hollywood arrived on location finding a detached two vehicle garage fully involved with extension to the bravo side of a residence. Units from Hollywood deployed a handline, knocking the fire while protecting the bravo side of the residence. Crews checked the interior of the residence, and it was determined there was no extension inside. Tanker 14's crew was assigned to assisted with fire attack and removing debris from the garage. Tanker 14 shuttled 4000 gallons of water between the fill site and the dump site and supply the fire ground. Engine 10 was assigned the duties of the fill site engine, later relieved by Water Supply 5. Engine 10's crew was then reassigned to the fire ground, deploying a 3rd handline and assisting with extensive overhaul. Chief 7 held the Hollywood command.
