Engine 11 (5 personnel) was alerted to The Myrtle Point Park in Company 9s response area. The Engine Company was requested as an additional unit and manpower after it was determined the fire was rapidly spreading due to increased wind conditions. Engine 11 arrived on location, and was assigned to the Northern division of the fire ground to assist with fire attack. Engine 11 brought to the fire ground it’s standpipe racks, in which they utilized by extending a handline to reach hot spots throughout the scene. The fire was placed under control, and personal began placing the Engine Company back in service. The fire is under investigation by DNR. Chief 3A held the Myrtle Point command.
