At 1320 hours Rescue Squad 1 (5 personal) was alerted to the 41100 block of Oakville Rd in Company 7s first due response area for one reported trapped under a forklift. Units from Company 7 arrived on the scene confirming one trapped  underneath a forklift. Rescue Squad 1 arrived on the scene and assisted units from Hollywood stabilize and lift the forklift to free the occupant. One patient was flown to an area Trauma center. Chief 7 held the Oakville command.
