At 19:54 hours, Companies 1, 7, 19, 79 and the Medic Unit were dispatched to Medley's Neck Road in the area of Our Lady's Church for the report of a serious motor vehicle accident. The initial reports described a single vehicle rollover with entrapment.

Squad 1 (Lt. Chris Bell) responded almost immediately after dispatch with a total of six volunteers. Shortly after, Co. 1 Safety Officer, Chris Smith, and a member of the Lexington Park Volunteer Rescue Squad arrived on the scene and advised incoming units that there was a single vehicle rollover with a single patient who was out of the car. Since there was no entrapment, the assignment was held with Squad 1, EMS 19 who had arrived on scene shortly after Squad 1, and Ambulance 198 only. All other units returned to service.

Crews quickly went to work assessing and packaging the patient. The patient was transported by Ambulance 198 to St. Mary's Hospital. After the patient was transported all crews cleaned up and returned to service.
