Recall Summary: Name of Product: Kidde hardwired smoke alarm (model i12010S) and combination smoke/carbon monoxide (CO) alarms (models KN-COSM-IBA and i12010SCO). Once power is restored, an affected device will sound an alarm regardless of the presence of smoke and/or carbon monoxide. Remedy: Replace. (Consumers are instructed not to take their product(s) out of service until they obtain their product replacement from the company.) |
