On January 28th 2015, Companies 1, 19 and 79 were dispatched to the area of Point Lookout Road and College Circle for the reported motor vehicle accident. After dispatch Command 1 (Chief J. Scully) and Squad 1 (Lt. Wathen) made the response. Chief 1 arrived on the scene reporting 2 vehicles 1 off the roadway and establishing the College Circle command. Squad 1 arrived and crews secured the vehicles and initiated patient care. Squad crews found 3 patients and determined they would all be signing a refusal of care. EMT's on the squad worked together with the crew of ambulance 196 to obtain 3 refusals. The scene was turned over to Maryland State Police, Command was terminated and units returned to service.
